On 2nd and 3rd July, for example, a feast is held in honour of the patron saint, Maria Santissima della Libera,, and of St Christopher. For the occasion, the town hosts characteristic markets and you can watch the traditional procession through the streets of the centre, which ends with a fireworks display over the sea.
